Corporate Ether Holdings Surge to $13 Billion as ETH Crosses $4,300 Driven by Aggressive Treasury Accumulation

The total amount of Ether held within corporate crypto treasuries has climbed significantly, reaching an impressive 3.04 million ETH with an estimated market value of $13 billion. This substantial milestone coincides with a powerful market rally that has pushed the price of the world’s leading smart-contract platform cryptocurrency past the $4,300 threshold.

According to data from market tracker CoinGecko, Ether (ETH) experienced strong upward momentum, climbing to $4,332 on Monday after posting a 20.4% surge over the preceding seven-day period. Although the asset experienced a minor correction shortly thereafter, trading around $4,290 at the time of reporting, the broader bullish trend has been heavily supported by corporate entities aggressively expanding their digital asset reserves over the past 30 days.

Leading the charge in corporate Ether accumulation is BitMine Immersion Technologies. The firm currently tops the list of corporate ETH treasury holders after aggressively boosting its reserves to 833,100 ETH. This figure represents a staggering 410.68% increase in the amount of Ether held by the company over the course of the last month alone.

Close behind is digital asset investment firm SharpLink Gaming, which holds 521,900 ETH following a robust 141.69% expansion of its corporate treasury within the same 30-day timeframe. Meanwhile, institutional player The Ether Machine has steadily grown its stack by 8.01%, bringing its total holdings to 345,400 ETH.

Together, these three dominant entities account for more than half of all the Ether held by the top 10 corporate treasury companies. Data compiled by the Strategic ETH Reserve (SER) reveals that the top 10 corporate holders command a combined 2.63 million ETH, representing approximately 2.63% of the asset’s entire circulating supply.

The recent market week’s price surge has dramatically inflated the fiat value of corporate ETH reserves, generating substantial unrealized gains for major institutional participants.

Last Monday, BitMine made headlines by acquiring an additional 208,137 ETH, elevating its total stash to 833,100 ETH. At the time of that strategic purchase, ETH was hovering around the $3,700 mark, placing the collective value of the company’s digital assets at approximately $2.9 billion.

With the price of ETH scaling past $4,300, BitMine’s massive holdings have surged in value to over $3.58 billion. This valuation milestone marks a historic moment, positioning BitMine as the first known company to hold more than $3 billion worth of Ether in its corporate treasury.

The trend of aggressive accumulation has not been limited to BitMine. On Tuesday, SharpLink Gaming bolstered its balance sheet by purchasing an additional 83,562 ETH, bringing its total reserves to 521,900 ETH.

When that transaction was executed, SharpLink’s holdings were valued at roughly $1.91 billion. Following the market-wide breakout above $4,300, the company’s digital asset portfolio has ballooned to over $2.23 billion. Analytics from the Strategic ETH Reserve tracker indicate that SharpLink Gaming is currently sitting on more than $671 million in unrealized gains from its strategic Ether investments.

Institutional accumulation has continued at a brisk pace across the broader market. On August 3, coinciding directly with the 10th anniversary of the Ethereum network, The Ether Machine executed a purchase of 15,000 ETH, amounting to a $57 million investment. Furthermore, according to SER data, the institution added another 10,600 ETH to its treasury reserves over the weekend. With a total accumulation of 345,362 ETH valued at nearly $1.5 billion, the company comfortably secures its position among the top three corporate holders.

While massive institutional purchases dominate the headlines, smaller corporate and publicly listed entities are also joining the movement. On Friday, the HashKey digital asset exchange publicly announced that IVD Medical, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, had acquired HK$149 million—equivalent to approximately $19 million—in Ether directly through its trading platform. Although the specific quantity of ETH acquired in this regional transaction was not publicly disclosed, it underscores the expanding geographic diversity and mainstream corporate interest in Ethereum treasury strategies.

Aggregated data from the Strategic ETH Reserve initiative indicates that a total of 64 distinct treasury companies currently maintain ETH holdings on their balance sheets. Together, these entities control a combined 3.04 million ETH, crossing the $13 billion valuation mark at current market prices and signaling a profound shift in how institutional balance sheets approach digital asset management.
